Day Two~ Trip to BlogPaws

Today we left Omaha, Nebraska to continue our trek to Salt Lake City. It was a really interesting trip!

On Interstate 80, we saw the Great Platte River Road Archway Monument around, Kearney, Nebraska. It was so cool!

See my nice collection of bugs on the windshield? BOL

It was really hot on the western side of Nebraska. Check out what the temperature in the SpotMobile said that it was!

Firefighter Dayna found this fortune in her fortune cookie in North Platte, Nebraska and she gave it to me! I wonder what kind of bold and dashing adventure that I will have? BlogPaws! I am sooo excited!

We then drove all the way to Cheyenne, Wyoming! Whew, what a long day! We saw this beautiful sunset along the way! Firefighter Dayna said that it was one of the most beautiful sunsets that she had ever seen!

At the end of Day Two, I am tired! Night everyone!

All packed and ready to go to BlogPaws!

The SpotMobile is all packed and we are ready to go to BlogPaws in Salt Lake City, Utah!

All our stuff! All this has to fit in the SpotMobile!

Since we will have so many appearances, we had to color code everything!

Firefighter Dayna made a sponsor tag for her to wear at BlogPaws. We are so thankful to our sponsor, First Alert, for allowing us the opportunity to go to Salt Lake City to BlogPaws!

Whew! It all fit!

See you in Salt Lake City!

Headed to BlogPaws!

Hi boys and girls!

The Fire Safety Dogs and the Keep Kids Fire Safe Foundation Need your Help!

The other day Tango the Fire Safety Dog and I Skyped with first graders in Jersey City, New Jersey.

We challenged the boys and girls to go home and make their escape maps. If each child did so, they get a copy of "Sparkles the Fire Safety
Dog" for their classroom and trading cards for each of the students.

If you would like to help the Keep Kids Fire Safe Foundation mail fire safety books to schools participating in the Sparkles' Fire Safety Skype Tour, please consider making a donation to the foundation today. Each book and other safety materials cost about $6 to mail and we could really use your help! Visit HERE to make your donation today!
