Great news!

Wow, Firefighter Dayna and I are so excited! The Keep Kids Fire Safe Foundation is now a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation! The foundation will help me keep children and their caregiver's fire safe nationwide and develops and distributes educationally sound fire safety materials at little or no cost to children and their caregivers, fire departments, schools and other organizations. So excited!
Visit the foundation's webpage to learn more about the wonderful work that it does to help keep children and their caregivers fire safe!

Thank you Dog Fancy Magazine!

Life as a fire safety dog is so wonderful! There are so many nice people out there wanting to help me share the fire safety message and I almost barkless when that happens!

Yesterday the May issue of Dog Fancy Magazine arrived. As many of you know, I was rescued from a home with 62 other dogs. The wonderful folks at Dog Fancy decided to tell my story and share how I overcame the odds and am now helping keep children and their caregivers fire safe. We are so excited! Thanks to everyone at Dog Fancy Magazine for helping Sparkles share the fire safety message!

Hi Paw to Eileen Edwards for Drawing the Pictures for my upcoming fire safety activity book!

What makes being a fire safety dog so special, is that I have met some pretty incredible people. One of those incredible people is my friend Eileen. Eileen is very pro-active with rescues like me, and drew all of the drawings for my upcoming fire safety activity e-book. How cool is that! The proceeds from the sale of the activity book will help benefit the Keep Kids Fire Safe Foundation. You're so pawsome!
