Tango Tries Out the "Leash Locket"

Hi everyone! Tango here.

Today Firefighter Dayna asked me to try something new from our friends at "Leash Locket." I love checking out new things to help keep me safe, and this is something that I couldn't wait to try!

I was really excited to try it because I had seen it at BlogPaws and thought it was cool. Carrying around my own leash! How awesome it that?

First, momma attached the little strap my collar and then attached the leash locket (it is held in place by a strong magnet). It was light and held on very well!

After momma popped the leash locket off, she attached the clip onto my collar, like this:

Then we were all ready to go!

The leash on the leash locket was long enough to give me space. See the little black button? That is the "lock" button, so if mom doesn't want to let me get to far, she can make the leash the length that she wants.

Ta do! Nice, sporty and light! Momma really likes the portability of the leash locket and it fits right in your hand. The only thing that momma wishes that it would have had with it was a wrist strap in case I saw any squirrels. I could have pulled it right out of her hand if I had seen one of those old pesky squirrels. Fortunately, you can get an optional wrist attachment for your leash locket.

Here I am showing how far I could go with the leash.

Here I am posing while mom held the leash locket. It comes in different colors and I was so excited to try a red one!

Then, Siren had to get in on the fun. He was trying to take me for a walk. Silly Siren!

We give the Leash Locket a 3 1/2 out of 4 paws. It's light, its durable, and the best part is that when you purchase a Leash Locket, a portion of the proceeds goes to help abused animals. High Paw!

Until next time, stay safe!
